This is the Rejuvenate Method. It's not a course, and it's not a group program. It's a private partnership built around one thing: getting your biology actually working, not just understanding it. Here's how it works. I take your raw genetic data, find where your specific weak links are, confirm them with the right testing, and build a protocol that's yours and nobody else's. Then we work it together. As you give me feedback and as new lab results come in, we keep adjusting it. It's not a fixed plan you're handed and left to follow. It changes as you do.

I work with a maximum of five people at a time. That's not a marketing tactic, it's the only way I can go deep enough on each person's biology to do this properly. Because of that, I read every application myself.

On that call we'll talk through what you're trying to fix, look at any testing or data you already have, and work out together whether this is actually the right move for you.
